F&G imports and distributes a selection of craft beers from the best American microbrewery.
In March 2020 none of us had yet realized that the following year, due to Covid-19, warehoused IPA beers were expiring.

In order to not waste our unsold expiring stock of American craft beers, we tripled distilled these beers and aged them for 6 months in 200 liter Caol ILA casts and Linkwood Single Malt casts.

The results of our efforts have brought to market Aviator Black Mamba Oatmeal Stout, 40% ABV.
Slightly hopped and aged for 6 months in cask, after being distilled three times, which gives an incredible smooth surprise on the palate.
