For the company Valentina Cubi the organic production system has never been an orientation but a vocation. The Certification started with 3 hectares in 2010 and has been extended to the entire estate from 2014. The winemaker is Gianmaria Zanella who adopts agronomic and oenological techniques suited to the production of Wines of the Terroir, in Italian Vini di TerritorioÂ, which respect and represent precisely their terroir of origin. The wines are fresher, harmonious, with a lingering hint of minerals. Tasters and experienced journalists often define these wines as the Burgundy style wines from Valpolicella, because in them you appreciate the elegance, the harmony and freshness, without frills or superstructures.
We produce Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico and Valpolicella Superiore.
In the best vintages also Reciot and a Natural IGT Wine without added sulfites
