„Vin.S Industries“LTD is one of the most modern refineries for distillates and grain alcohol, not only in Bulgaria but in the Balkans. The plant, located in the village Tzerkovski (Karnobat municapality), was opened in September 2001 after nearly two-years construction activity. There have been invested over $ 10 million, with the contribution of UTO Niderland B.V. (Niderland),U.B.V. Midland Distillers Ltd. (UK), Lebanese and Cypriot companies.
