Sidetrack Distillery is located on the historical banks of the Green River, where local farmers loaded their boats with produce destined for the markets of Seattle and beyond. The idea of marrying the produce with spirits handcrafted in the old world tradition brought forth a true estate distillery with commitment to produce world class cordials and specialty spirits. We offer four fruit-forward liqueurs: Strawberry, Blueberry, Blackberry and Raspberry. They are widely used in crafting great cocktails, in bubbly champagne kirs or for accompanying your favorite dessert.
