It is an all-organic, small batch, handcrafted, 100% Agave Espadín Mezcal made by master distiller Enrique Jiménez Monterroza. Enrique is a fourth generation Mezcal producer (Mezcalero) from Santiago Matatlán, a small pueblo in Oaxaca Mexico known as the “Mezcal Capital of the World”.
