Tenoira is a Winery in El Bierzo, in the northeast of Castilla y León. The grapes grow up in a unique combination of soil, climate and growing conditions. We farm our vineyard biodynamically and all work is done manually.
The Tenoita joven has a bright ripe cherry-red colour,with violet hues. On the nose displays plenty of fruit forward aromas , dominated by flavours of raspberries and wild fruits.
The palate is beefy, ripe and concentrated while flavours of blackberry and licorice stand out.
The tenoira roble has a dark cherry colour,bright and clean. On the nose displays ripe red fruits with notes of vanilla, coffee and mineral too.
On the palate is intensive, beefy, and precisely structured.
There is a tangible but ripe and velvety layer of tannins,some no doubt oak-derived, with balanced acidity too.
