Graduated in viticulture and in oenology, Fabrice Lafon started his course in France: at Château La Garrigue, at St. Martin of Blaye, and at "La cave du Père Tienne" in Sologny.
In 2004 he becomes associate-founder of the Château Taillefer Lafon in Laval (Quebec, Canada). He doesn''t harvest only grape: at the World Selections of the wines of the S.A.Q., he is awarded the gold for his ice wine as well as the prestigious Vinofed that rewards the best of the 2 300 products in lists.
Today, The Fabrice Lafon''s Fine Products elaborates wines and ice ciders, ice wine vinegars and a world unique product: an ice cider vinegar that one absolutely must have in one’s kitchen.
