IBN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration in the IBN World Directory:
The registration in the IBN World Directory is free. IBN reserves the right to deny any submission if the profile is incomplete or contains false information.

2. Gold Membership
The Gold Membership gives you full access to the company profiles and contact information of the 35,000+ importers, distributors, producers and other companies registered in the IBN World Directory. You can also exhibit your products in the World Marketplace and access the contact information of the distributors that posted calls for tenders.

The Gold Membership fee is $29 per month for the monthly plan or $290 if you choose the yearly plan. Payment can be made by credit card (or wire transfer for the yearly membership only). The Gold Membership monthly plan is automatically renewed until you inform us that you wish to cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your Gold Membership at anytime simply by sending us an email to billing@internationalbeveragenetwork.com. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours and your Gold Membership will be terminated at the end of the current billing period or at the date specified in your notice.

If you terminate your membership prior to its expiration, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees for the remaining days. The Gold Membership fee is not refundable. Your first use of the IBN Service will be conclusively deemed acceptance of all our terms.

IBN reserves the right to deny the Gold Membership to any users for any reason. In such case, IBN will not process your payment.

UNAUTHORIZED USE:
You may not copy any of the data found on the IBN website to develop marketing services or send out newsletters for other companies. If you do so, we will immediately revoke your Gold Membership without any refund.

3. Username & Passwords.
Your username and password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. You must not transfer your Gold Membership password to any other organizations.

The use of your password by a third party would represent a breach of this agreement, and revoke immediately your authorization and access to the IBN Service without refund.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty.
We verify every registration, however, International Beverage Network Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided in its database as such information is provided by members and other third parties.

All business contacts, services, or transactions that you may develop via the IBN Service are solely between you and the other parties involved.

IBN does not warrant that the functions provided on its website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability.
IBN and its employees shall not be liable for any business or eventual damages in connection with the use of the IBN service or its website or the Internet.
